Late Arrival Policy
Our doctors, veterinary staff, and groomers aim to make your visit a pleasurable one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our hospital has implemented a late arrival policy. If a pet parent is more than 15 minutes late for a medical appointment and more than 30 minutes late for a grooming appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the doctor and in the case of grooming, to ensure your pet is groomed within the necessary amount of time deemed appropriate by your groomer.
We will make every effort to honor your appointment as a “work in” as the schedule allows upon arrival or give you the option to drop-off your pet to be worked-in in between appointments (medical only), but there may be times when this will not be possible and you will have to reschedule. Pet parents with multiple late arrivals for appointments may be dismissed from the practice.
The doctors, veterinary staff, and groomers at Passionate Paws Animal Hospital truly appreciate your compliance and understanding with this policy so that we can continue to provide excellent medical and grooming care as well as excellent client service.
